Description:


Detail oriented individual required for conducting the testing of Raw Materials and Finished Product for US Based Concentrate Manufacturing Plant managing the Sensory testing program.
Deliver accurate and timely results for all raw materials and finished goods
Conduct testing and approval of finished goods and raw materials per existing Product/Ingredient Specification parameters
Qualify/Train new panelists per client Sensory Guidelines
Assume leadership role for investigation of quality issues related to Sensory
Implement Sensory Quality Procedures at the direction of Support Center
Manage oversight of local Quality Good Catch Program
Ability to analyze and interpret data, reporting results orally and in written documentation
Ability to monitor and analyze results trending to drive process improvement
Maintains all records in accordance with the client protocol
Maintains the inventory of all Sensory lab consumables
Compliance with all GMP, FSMA, FSSC22000, OSHA and Plant Safety Policies.
Responsible for maintaining and complying with all applicable client, Federal, State, and Local regulations and standards.
Authority to immediately address safety risks

Qualifications/Requirements:
3-5 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor s degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field
Experience with basic laboratory protocol required
