Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SharePoint Integration Architect with deep expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure SharePoint solutions for our enterprise client based in New Jersey.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in modern SharePoint architecture, customization using SPFx, integration with third-party systems, and a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement scalable SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions using SPFx.
Lead the design of integration strategies between SharePoint and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, Teams, Power Platform).
Develop custom web parts, extensions, and solutions using React, TypeScript, and SPFx.
Define governance, security, and best practices for SharePoint development and administration.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to define requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide support for deployment and post-deployment activities.
Guide and mentor development teams on modern SharePoint practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in SharePoint development and architecture.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with SPFx, React.js, and TypeScript.
Expertise in SharePoint Online (Office 365) and SharePoint 2016/2019.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
Proven experience with SharePoint integration with external systems and REST APIs.
Familiarity with PnP PowerShell and SharePoint Migration tools.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint security, governance, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
