Job Details

We are currently seeking a Operational Analyst that supports segment forecasting efforts, ensures ASC 606 compliance, and serves as a key liaison between Project Managers, Segment Directors, and Finance.

REQUIRED:

  • 2 4 years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or analyst role
  • Experience with project management or PSA tools (preferably SuiteProjects Pro/OpenAir)

Duration: 3 Month Contract

Technical Skills / Experience
The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in project enablement and financial forecasting across multiple segments.

  • Create and configure projects and tasks in SuiteProjects Pro based on Statement of Work (SOW), Project Authorization Forms (PAFs) and Online agreements
  • Maintain task structures, budgeted hours, and non-billable task categories.
  • Confirm all timesheets are submitted and approved.
  • Generate statements of charges in SuiteProjects Pro.
  • Ensure accuracy of statements of charges, including validating that charges do not exceed the budget.
  • Initiate and maintain forecasting structures within SuiteProjects Pro or external FP&A tools.
  • Execute weekly or monthly forecasting reports (automated where applicable).
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy for revenue recognition and alignment with ASC 606 standards.
  • Work closely with SuiteProjects Pro admins to support system configurations (e.g., revenue rules, templates).

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or analyst role.
  • Experience with project management or PSA tools (preferably SuiteProjects Pro/OpenAir).
  • Familiarity with forecasting principles and revenue recognition (ASC 606 knowledge is a plus).
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SharePoint and data reporting tools.
