We have partnered with our client in their search for a UX Designer - Reporting & Analytics in Brazil to work remotely.


Responsibilities
As a UX Designer, you will work inside a matrixed organization leading the design strategy, discovery, and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions for our Clinical Solutions products. You will work alongside a distributed and passionate team of Informatics, Product, Technology, and Commercial partners. You should be comfortable in a highly collaborative environment and excited to learn more about complex needs and use cases.

You will be supported by a UX team of 70+ members specializing in areas like strategy, research, and design, with opportunities to grow your career and expand your professional specialties.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the design of user-centered interfaces that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools that support clinical, educational, and operational decision-making.

  • Translate user research and analytics into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and alignment with business goals.

  • Advocate for accessibility and usability best practices in all visual and interaction design.

  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

  • Contribute to and evolve design systems for data-rich applications.


Skills Required



  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

  • Experience with data visualization tools or libraries (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, Chart.js).

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience designing for healthcare, education, or other data-intensive domains.

  • Background in information architecture, cognitive psychology, or data storytelling.

  • Knowledge of front-end tech stacks (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Experience and/or interest in GenAI tools and capabilities


Education & Work Experience
3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in information design and data visualization.
