Join Our Team as an Early Career Test Engineer in Ocala, Florida
We're seeking a talented and motivated early career test engineer to join our team in Ocala, Florida. As a test engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by developing and executing test procedures, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute test procedures to validate product performance
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions
- Work with state-of-the-art test equipment and software
- Apply your knowledge of electronic circuits, automated test software, and manufacturing processes to drive results
About Ocala Operations:
- Join a dynamic team of over 1200 employees at our multi-shift manufacturing facility
- Work on a wide range of products, including circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies
- Be part of a facility that supports six Missiles and Fire Control sites and specializes in both low volume high mix and high volume production
Basic Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Electronics Engineering Technology.
- This position will be located at a facility that requires the selected candidate to be a .
- Hardware troubleshooting experience which could include internship experience, coursework or projects.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Desired skills
- Experience both with analog and digital circuits.
- Familiarity with common electronic test equipment.
- Ability to interpret test requirements and electrical test results.
- Ability to conduct detailed failure analysis, and develop and implement root cause and corrective actions.
- Previous experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and National Instrument LabWindows CVI, TestStand and LabView.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
