SCCM Support Specialist - $28-$30/hr

Our client is looking for a SCCM Support Specialist. This is a 3+ month contract opportunity based in Detroit, MI (Onsite).
Responsibilities:
- Automate the process of deploying applications, operating systems, and updates to multiple devices at once, utilizing SCCM.
- Manage and deploy software updates and security patches across the entire network to maintain a secure and up-to-date environment.
- Create and enforce corporate policies, ensuring that devices meet security and configuration standards.
- Provide on-site and remote support to users with operational and technical support.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and support procedures.
- Proactively identify system improvements, vulnerabilities, or potential enhancements.
- Generate reports, conduct audits, and analyze data to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage endpoint security settings and address security vulnerabilities through patch management.
- Provide technical expertise and support to end-users on issues that go beyond the scope of the help desk.
Must Have & Desired Skills:
Strong SCCM knowledge and experience.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $28/hour to $30/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
