Major corporation in West Palm Beach, Florida- this is an onsite position- MUST BE LOCAL to this area- You will provide day-to-day and advanced technical support . You will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation and support of the IT network, of all AV/Presentation equipment, and of all users PC's and peripherals, which include planning, developing , installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing hardware, software and communication platforms. Will report to the Sr. Director of IT and assist remote IT support teams with hardware and software installs and troubleshooting. This is a fast-paced environment, across multiple locations with low supervision. Provide executive level customer support(including sr mgmt) across multiple office. Interact with employees and act as point of contact of escalation for all troubleshooting and support for IT matters. Assist with managing network hardware, including routers, switches , hubs, and UPS's to ensure network connectivity of all workstations. Assist with managing network connectivity of all workstations including but not limited to CCTV, access control, radio system, video mgmt system, security turnstiles, elevator interfaces voice/data infrastructure.
