In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with top-tier ML engineers, developers, and researchers to identify how AI infrastructure can be optimized, improving developer tooling, training frameworks, and overall iteration speed. What You'll Do:
  • Lead projects aimed at understanding and improving AI infrastructure to accelerate development cycles.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize tooling and training processes.
  • Collaborate across teams to translate vague or complex questions into precise, insightful analyses.
  • Drive innovative approaches using advanced statistical and causal inference techniques.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R.
  • Experience working with imperfect or messy data.
  • Knowledge of quasi-causal inference methods (e.g., econometrics).
  • Exposure to AI/ML development workflows and processes is highly preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
