In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with top-tier ML engineers, developers, and researchers to identify how AI infrastructure can be optimized, improving developer tooling, training frameworks, and overall iteration speed. What You'll Do:
- Lead projects aimed at understanding and improving AI infrastructure to accelerate development cycles.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize tooling and training processes.
- Collaborate across teams to translate vague or complex questions into precise, insightful analyses.
- Drive innovative approaches using advanced statistical and causal inference techniques.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R.
- Experience working with imperfect or messy data.
- Knowledge of quasi-causal inference methods (e.g., econometrics).
- Exposure to AI/ML development workflows and processes is highly preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
