Position Contributions to Work Group:
- Acting with servant-leader mindset and project management expertise will be key enablers as you and the team will deliver on our business partners' key business objectives.
Typical task breakdown:
- Effectively translate a desired business outcome into an actionable, achievable, and team-aligned plan that delivers to your expectations.
- Oversee project processes and procedures, monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.
- Managing all aspects of projects. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
- Ensuring adherence to project methodologies and best practices.
- Preparing and presenting program level reporting for stakeholders.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor s degree preferred with a minimum of 5-year exp in a PM capacity and 10 years in an IT environment.
- No bachelor s, they will need at least 7 years experience in a PM capacity
Top 3 Skills:
- Project management fundamentals
- Relationship management
- Excellent communication skills.
Additional Technical Skills:
- MS Project, MS Office Suite of products
- Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
- Experience leading large and complex projects with significant technical components and/or ERP implementations, major upgrades, and/or deployments
- Strong practical understanding of project management fundamentals, best practices and methodologies
- Strong background in IT systems and processes, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
