AMS Teamcenter Support
Remote
PLM Teamcenter Support Analyst to provide application support and system maintenance for Teamcenter. The role involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth application functionality, and providing technical support to end-users.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Teamcenter
Working experience on administering Teamcenter modules like Workflows, Organization, Structure Manager, My Teamcenter, AWC
Good understanding of Teamcenter Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE)
Provide technical support to the customer.
Troubleshooting and administration of Teamcenter PLM
Knowledge in 2T/4T architecture.
Manage Teamcenter code deployments and builds.
Troubleshooting on TC Integrations like NX, T4S, TCRA, T4EA, TCSC would be an added advantage
Minimum troubleshooting on Dispatcher would be good
Maintenance of Server monitoring applications
Experience in providing L1/L2 Teamcenter support and troubleshooting problems.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application support.
Required
Minimum of 5+ years experience in PLM Teamcenter
Provide application support, system maintenance and monitoring of PLM Teamcenter
Troubleshoot issues and contribute to their resolutions
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Teamcenter
Working experience on administering Teamcenter modules like Workflows, Organization, Structure Manager, My Teamcenter, AWC
Good understanding of Teamcenter Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE)
Provide technical support to the customer
Troubleshooting and administration of Teamcenter PLM
Knowledge in 2T/4T architecture
Manage Teamcenter code deployments and builds
Minimum troubleshooting on Dispatcher

Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

Troubleshooting on TC Integrations like NX, T4S, TCRA, T4EA, TCSC would be an added advantage
Good to have experience with ITIL framework
