We are looking for a strategic and technically proficient Web Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance web platforms. In this role, you ll collaborate with stakeholders, UX designers, and development teams to define technical strategy, oversee architecture, and ensure solutions meet both business and technical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Define architectural direction for UI projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

  • Guide technology stack decisions, integrations, and compliance with best practices.

  • Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering teams to translate concepts into production-ready solutions.

  • Oversee integrations with backend systems, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and identity providers.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards (OWASP, HIPAA) and enterprise authentication/authorization.

  • Define deployment strategies using containerization, CI/CD, and monitoring practices.

  • Mentor and support UI development teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in web architecture and enterprise application design.

  • Strong expertise in modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), build tools (Webpack, Node.js), and component-based UI architecture.

  • Experience with enterprise frameworks/CMS (Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle ADF, Java/Spring).

  • Knowledge of software patterns, large-scale CSS, and secure development lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with OWASP, HIPAA/HITRUST standards.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience in agile environments and cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, performance optimization, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.

  • Background in healthcare, CMS, or large-scale web application development.
