RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong focus on documenting data integration between systems. This role will be crucial in ensuring clear, comprehensive documentation of our data integration processes, supporting efficient and effective system implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Senior Data Analyst will lead the documentation and maintenance of comprehensive records of data integration processes between various systems, ensuring clarity and accuracy
* Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and document data flows, transformations, and mappings
* Develop, maintain, and optimize data models to support integration and reporting needs
* Perform advanced-level SQL querying to validate and verify data integrations
* Lead backlog grooming sessions, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the backlog is well-organized and up to date
* Actively participate in and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
* Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices in all documentation and project activities
* As a Senior Data Analyst, you will create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans for system integrations
* Provide regular updates and reports on integration documentation progress and challenges
* Mentor junior data analysts and provide guidance on best practices in data integration documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly preferred
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Data Analyst in system implementations, particularly in CRM or Salesforce
* Experience leading and mentoring junior team members
* Extensive data modeling experience
* Strong understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
* Advanced-level proficiency in SQL querying and data modeling
* Proficiency in Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience with data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or Tableau
* Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
* Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline design
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
