Job Title: Microsoft Purview Consultant
Location: Delaware, OH (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 +months

Technical Skills
1. Microsoft Purview Expertise (Required)
- Unified Data Catalog: Experience setting up and configuring the catalog, managing collections, classifications, glossary terms, and metadata curation.
- Data Quality (DQ): Implementing DQ rules, defining metrics (accuracy, completeness, consistency), and using quality scorecards and reports.
- Data Map and Scans: Ability to configure sources, schedule scans, manage ingestion, and troubleshoot scan issues.
- Data Insights and Lineage: Experience visualizing data lineage and interpreting catalog insights.
Experience
- 5+ years in data governance or data platform projects, ideally with enterprise clients.
- 2+ years implementing Microsoft Purview
- Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Purview Unified Catalog and Data Quality
- Experience onboarding multiple data sources (on-prem, cloud).
- Background in data management, data architecture, or business intelligence is highly beneficial.
Certifications (Desirable)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
