Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. A bachelor s in a Computer Science background would be great but not required.
Disqualifiers: None
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain strong technical web development experience with typescript and C#. Previous experience working with AI is a plus.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of the code they develop.

1. Minimum 4 years experience with Front End web development
2. Minimum 3 years experience with Typescript
3. Minimum 2 years experience with C#

Hard Skills Assessments
Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: Week of 5/28 and early June.
Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 1-2 rounds conducted by 2-3 developers on the team and the front end tech lead.
Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should study up on basic data structures and be prepared to answer questions related to typscript prior to the assessment. There may be a standard coding assessment.

Summary:
The main function of the Web Developer is to design, code, and create system specifications, analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement complex software applications.

Job Responsibilities:
Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain application programs and interfaces
Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results
Modify, install, and prepare technical documentation for system software applications
Monitor systems capacity and performance, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide technical support
Identify, escalate and document production impact issues
Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current systems and capabilities

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field required
2-4 years experience required
