Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Amdocs Billing Consultant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Amdocs billing systems and experience in supporting telecom billing operations, including configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements across the billing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, configure, and support Amdocs billing modules (Customer Management, Billing, Rating, Invoicing, Payments, Collections, etc.)

Handle production incidents, job failures, and system outages with quick resolution

Provide technical solutions for billing requirements and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders

Perform impact analysis, develop low-level designs, and execute system changes

Work with Unix/Linux environments for scripting, log analysis, and job management

Execute SQL queries to analyze billing data, troubleshoot issues, and support reports

Participate in UAT and regression testing cycles

Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for issue resolution and deployments

Drive automation and continuous improvement within billing processes

Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in Amdocs Billing (e.g., CES, Enabler, Ensemble, or C1)

Strong understanding of telecom billing lifecycle

Proficiency in Unix/Linux, SQL/PLSQL

Experience with job scheduling and production support tools

Knowledge of mediation, charging, or rating engines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in telecom domain

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

Scripting experience (Shell, Python, or similar) for automatio
