Seeking an experienced ERP Developer with strong PeopleSoft development expertise to support its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives. Candidate will analyze, design, develop, test, and implement enhancements and integrations within PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, ensuring alignment with business processes and HHSC s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, develop, test, and maintain ERP applications using PeopleTools to support PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
Design and implement scalable ERP solutions and integrations that ensure seamless operation within the enterprise system.
Provide technical leadership for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 implementations and upgrades, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries and scripts using Oracle SQL Developer, SQL Plus, and TOAD.
Coordinate and perform software integration activities; develop and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in system analysis and design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Debug and troubleshoot existing code, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
Ensure solutions are compliant with HHSC technical standards, data governance, and security policies.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Experience Required
15 years Development experience using PeopleTools
15 years Hands-on development in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
15 years Experience with Oracle SQL Developer, SQL Plus, TOAD
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with 2 or more PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 implementations or upgrades.
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, including Application Engine, Component Interfaces, SQR, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker.
Familiarity with public sector ERP practices and regulatory compliance.
Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with functional teams and end users.
