Requirements: Minimum 8 years of IT and 5 years of experience in customizations of D365 Customer Service module and / or Marketing Module experience. Proficiency in utilizing Plugins, Power Automation, and Integrations using API and Azure Experience in solutioning, conducting POCs, code reviews, and implementing best practices Familiarity with working in an Onsite Offshore model and leading development teams: code as well as design with Dynamics365.

Job Description:
We are seeking a D365 Technical Architect with a minimum of 12 years of experience in customizing the D365 Customer Service module. The ideal candidate should have expertise in utilizing Plugins, Power Automation, and Integrations using API and Azure. Additionally, they should have experience in solutioning, conducting POCs, code reviews, and implementing best practices. The candidate should be familiar with working in an Onsite Offshore model and be capable of leading development teams.
