Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud Developer/Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions. This role requires deep technical knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud), as well as strong experience integrating with downstream systems (ERP, finance, e-signature, etc.). You will act as a technical lead across projects, partnering with business stakeholders, developers, and system integrators to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

<>Architecture & Design</>

Define the overall technical architecture for CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations, including data models, configuration strategy, and integration architecture.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and performant technical solutions across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
Own the CPQ/Billing architecture roadmap and provide guidance on best practices, scalability, and performance optimization.

<>Development & Implementation</>

Lead hands-on development and configuration of Salesforce CPQ and Billing (product rules, pricing engines, approval workflows, invoice and billing automation, etc.).
Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST APIs as needed.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.

<>Integration & Data</>

Design and implement integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), payment gateways, and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Collaborate with data teams on complex data migration strategies and synchronization between Salesforce and external systems.

<>Leadership & Strategy</>

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CPQ and Billing across project lifecycles.
Mentor junior developers and administrators, and support technical decision-making.
Participate in pre-sales solutioning and provide architectural guidance for client proposals.

Qualifications

<>Required</>

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) and Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data models for Products, Quotes, Orders, Subscriptions, Contracts, and Invoices.
Experience architecting scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions in complex business environments.
Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL, and REST API development skills.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, finance, and payment systems.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage end-to-end solution delivery.

<>Preferred</>

Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
Salesforce Certified Billing Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant.
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
Experience in industries such as SaaS, Telecom, or Manufacturing with complex pricing/billing use cases.
