Job Duties

  • Fully remote position - Must be able to work Eastern time zone.
  • Perform configuration and report development within the ERP system.
  • Ensure deliveries are fully integrated in the ERP system and align with business needs to support business operations.
  • Develop configurations and reports to align with business needs, working either independently or in coordination with a Business Analyst, to ensure solution appropriately fulfils requirement.
  • Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend ERP-related solutions.
  • Execute data migration projects to ensure accurate and consistent data integrity during system transitions.
  • Support strategies for data migration that ensure seamless transition and integration of global business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the ERP system supports and enhances business operations, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and prompt issue resolution for ERP users throughout the Company s global locations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent, along with at least 2 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three to five years experience and in-depth knowledge of IFS ERP system management software and architecture, with two years in IFS Cloud.
  • Proven experience in data migration, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiar with Configurations, Reports, Integrations, and Modifications (CRIM) processes and ERP system integration with experience in CRIM development/deployment.
  • Good background in business analysis and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
