Required Skills:
Diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving issues for customers across multiple technological domains (3+ Years)

Experience with file server management, Active Directory, and GPO settings (3+ Years)
Very extensive knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, and GPO settings (3+ Years)
Demonstrates strong technical proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) (3+ Years)
Experience with the ServiceNow IT service management application (3+ Years)
Overview: The IT Systems Administrator/Support Engineer is responsible for the independent installation, maintenance, configuration, and administration of both hardware and software across several core IT domains. This role requires a strong technical generalist who can develop innovative solutions, resolve complex customer issues, and interface effectively with various platforms
Job Responsibilities
Independently install, maintain, configure, upgrade, and administer hardware and/or software in areas including: workstation support, network administration, server administration, business continuity, information security, telecommunications and network connectivity, and SAN administration, following provided directions
Develop innovative solutions to problems by evaluating, selecting, adapting, and modifying standard procedures
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues for customers across multiple technological domains
Interface with other platforms from both hardware and software perspectives
Provide informal mentorship opportunities to peers and/or lower-level staff through conversation, observation, or technical documentation
Respond verbally and in writing to technical questions and concerns
Possess strong experience supporting Windows 11
Utilize file server management, Active Directory, and GPO settings experience
Perform other duties as assigned
Travel is required
