* Act as the primary escalation contact and leadership representative during major network incidents
* Develop staff members by providing coaching, training, and managing performance
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7-10+ years of experience in the leadership, development, and management of a company's internal data communications systems
* 7-10+ years of experience working in enterprise branch networking environments, specializing in Cisco, Aruba, and Meraki wireless solutions for office settings
* 7-10+ years of experience managing all facets of network operations-including running a 24/7/365 NOC-while ensuring that activities align with organizational objectives and service standards
* 5-10 years of leadership experience overseeing teams that deploy networking devices in continuous datacenter settings or global enterprises, with deep expertise in routing, switching, load balancing, WAN optimization, and security solutions
* Strong communicator with proven experience serving both internal and external customers as a service delivery provider
* Broad expertise in designing and executing M&A Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)
* Demonstrated project management abilities through successful deployments, on-time completion of tasks, and adherence to budgets
* Adept at defining, implementing, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and conducting post-incident reviews (PIRs)
* Experienced in driving improvements in incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis
* Able to recognize opportunities to enhance operational alignment with industry best practices, including ITIL and ITSM frameworks, and implement process enhancements for better compliance
