Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote is a possibility).
Job Type: C2H after 12 months.
Rate: $55/hr on W2
Duration: 12 + months.
Positions: 5.
Start Date: July 1st week.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other business needs. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
Implement out-of-the-box and custom ServiceNow applications for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other modules.
Develop ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain system documentation and configuration standards.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and system architecture.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong understanding of core ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Experience with scripting languages including JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications.
Experience with ITOM, Discovery, or Service Mapping.
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Experience with other ITSM platforms or enterprise service management tools.
