Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Retail Distribution, Demand Planning, Order Management, and Procurement. The consultant will work closely with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, configure Oracle Cloud ERP/Supply Chain modules, and ensure seamless solution delivery. This is a client-facing onsite role in Atlanta, GA, requiring excellent functional knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Retail Distribution, Demand Planning, OM, and Procurement.
- Configure and implement Oracle Cloud ERP modules to support end-to-end retail and supply chain processes.
- Provide functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles.
- Support system testing, UAT, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and data conversions.
- Drive process improvements, best practices, and ensure alignment with client s retail distribution strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert at the client site, providing hands-on functional guidance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Functional consulting with focus on Supply Chain / Retail.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud modules: Demand Planning, Order Management, Procurement, and Retail Distribution.
- Experience in implementing and supporting retail/supply chain business processes.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to forecasting, inventory optimization, and demand planning tools.
- Experience integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with third-party retail systems.
- Prior experience in large-scale retail transformation programs.
