- 36 Months of Experience applying software patches and upgrades to Infor XA
- 84 Months of Experience in technical writing and documentation of business processes
- 72 Months of Experience facilitating technical discussions with non-technical business customers
- 72 Months of Experience in FTP and data cleansing and reformatting
