Documentation Specialist

Description:
Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the editing of shipping documents (Shipping Request Forms, US government agency declarations, quality documents etc.) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient cycle time for shipments leaving R&D sites.
• Must be able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must possess sound interpersonal and information gathering skills, being able to relate well to others at all levels throughout the organization and have the ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
• Prepare and/or maintain detailed records of all shipments processed.
• Update and draft SOPs related to the shipping process at the sites supports.
• Knowledgeable of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Rely on instructions, trainings and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• May be asked to package materials on the loading dock at times.
• Experience in supply chain or in biological fields is a plus.

Years of Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Min Education: AA Degree

Comments:

• Local preferred.
• Hybrid (three days, flexible).
• Education: Associates min, BA highly preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Biology.
• Must-Have Experience with: Supply Chain, Shipping Logistics.

• Work Experience: 1-3 (industry).
• Other Info: During training 100% onsite.
