Job Details

Senior UX Researcher

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead impactful research that shapes product strategy and elevates clinician experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (usability testing, interviews, surveys, personas, journey maps)

  • Select appropriate research methods based on product phase and timelines

  • Recruit participants and manage research logistics

  • Analyze findings and deliver clear, actionable insights

  • Present results to stakeholders and influence design decisions

  • Partner closely with UX designers and product managers

  • Champion user-centered design across teams

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of UX or user research experience

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability testing

  • Proven ability to influence product direction through research

  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

  • Healthcare or healthcare IT experience

  • Mixpanel or Salesforce experience

  • Programming experience (e.g., R)
