Job Title: Client Account Manager
Job Type: W2 Contract - 6 months
Location: Remote - Chicago, IL
Schedule: M - F 40 hours / week
Pay Rate: $ 60 - 68 / hour, DOE
Position Overview:
We re looking for a sharp, motivated, and positive self-starter to join our Large Customer Sales team at Reddit. As a Client Account Manager, you ll work closely with Client Partners to execute and optimize campaigns that help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing goals on one of the internet s fastest-growing platforms.
The Resource team seeks an experienced account manager with a background in social platforms and a strong focus on performance marketing, particularly in lower-funnel campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and agency partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
- Manage full-cycle campaign execution launch, optimization, performance reporting, and wrap-up.
- Serve as the operational lead for assigned accounts, overseeing revenue delivery and resolving issues with urgency and precision.
- Educate brands and agencies on Reddit s value proposition, ad products, and best practices.
- Partner with Client Partners to develop strategic and creative media plans that support both awareness and performance goals.
- Work closely with Ad Operations to ensure seamless campaign delivery and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, market trends, and competitor insights to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Advocate for client needs with cross-functional teams and contribute to Reddit s product roadmap by sharing feedback and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and proactively implement solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in advertising sales or account management.
- Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and broader marketing ecosystem.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign data evaluation and optimization.
- Solid grasp of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
- Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience required.
