Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Labvantage LIMS. The candidate should have hands-on experience working as a BA in Labvantage, covering configurations, customizations, and workflows.

Must Have Skills:

  1. Strong Labvantage LIMS Business Analysis experience.

  2. Good functional knowledge of all Labvantage modules.

  3. Experience with Labvantage configurations, customizations, and workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct JAD sessions with SMEs to gather and validate business requirements.

  • Perform GAP analysis and create clear business requirement documents.

  • Work with development teams to ensure customizations meet business needs.

  • Write SQL queries to extract and load LIMS data across systems.

  • Participate in customer demos and manage client feedback.

  • Support functional testing and assist in test script creation.

  • Create documents for user training and implementation.

  • Analyze issues and support post-implementation activities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience with end-to-end Labvantage implementations.

  • Knowledge of regulated environments (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).

  • Good communication and documentation skills.
