About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Management Specialist for a one-year temporary assignment to support and evolve our endpoint management strategy. This role will be integral in administering mobile device management platforms and ensuring secure, efficient, and user-friendly device configurations across our enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration and support for Jamf Pro and VMware Workspace ONE in a hybrid MacOS/Windows environment
- Support the transition from Jamf Pro to Workspace ONE
- Manage and configure Google Workspace across multiple domains
- Implement and maintain device security policies and application deployment processes
- Troubleshoot endpoint-related issues and ensure a smooth user experience
- Maintain thorough documentation of systems, environments, and workflows
- Assess and communicate the impact of MDM controls from an end-user perspective
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience managing Jamf Pro
- Working knowledge of VMware Workspace ONE UEM
- Strong understanding of Google Workspace administration across multiple domains
- Expertise in device configuration and application deployment
- Solid troubleshooting skills in both MacOS and Windows environments
- Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification (or equivalent)
- JAMF 300 certification or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in an Enterprise Google Workspace environment
- Familiarity with IAM and IDP principles
