Job Details

Position Summary:
Leads a team in successful implementations of UKG WFM. Partners with clients document business requirements and use cases on how solutions will be utilized. Assists clients in the assessment and implementation of various UKG modules, devices, and/or solutions. Evaluates client needs, provides industry specific best practices, and designs configurations that support business processes. Develop project plans and lead a team on delivery and implementation. Assists team with configuration of systems to the client's specifications and provides guidance. Develops testing plans and oversees troubleshooting techniques to complete final system configurations. Ensures the delivery of training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.

Responsibilities:
  • Able to lead all phases of a UKG Pro WFM implementation requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment using industry and UKG best practices
  • Collaborates and coordinates activities with on/offshore UKG Boomi integration resources
  • Develops and maintains process and architectural diagrams and technical documentation for systems and integrations.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of complex implementations to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance.
  • Presents solution designs and project updates to key stakeholders.
  • Designs, develops, configures, and deploys integrations between UKG Pro WFM, and third-party applications using Boomi and custom APIs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and delivers tailored solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Implements and maintains integrations involving UKG systems
  • Develops and maintains data integration workflows using Boomi, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange between systems.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify integration best practices, implement process improvements, and drives resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality
  • Proactively identifies project issues and recommends viable solutions
  • Documents integration workflows, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.
  • Provides knowledge transfer and training to technical and functional teams.
  • Creates and executes unit, system, and user acceptance testing plans for integrations
  • Implements data validation and error handling.
  • Implements file-based integrations where API connectivity is not available.
  • Proven experience with UKG Data hub configuration and implementation
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, data flow, and ETL processes
  • Working knowledge of BIRT (Business Intelligence Reporting Tool)
  • Ensure project hours is in line with budget
  • Ensure delivery of training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
  • Prepares and participates in pre-sales product demonstrations
  • Development of weekly status and client presentations as required
  • Keep abreast of new technologies that provide efficiency gains for our clients' businesses
  • Primarily Remote Work, but minimal travel (10% - 20%) may be required for certain clients, and sometimes independently, throughout the US and Internationally.
