Job Summary:

The Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, combining strong analytical skills with technical knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform. The Technical BA supports requirement gathering, solution design, technical feasibility analysis, and assists in ensuring high-quality technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical documentation (BRD, FSD, mapping documents).
  • Understand the underlying data model and relationships in Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Work with solution architects and developers to define feasible, efficient solutions.
  • Create field mappings, workflow specifications, integration documentation, and technical user stories.
  • Support data migration and validation activities, including transformation logic.
  • Participate in UAT, test case validation, and defect triaging.
  • Support configuration of CRM components (forms, fields, views, business rules, etc.).

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with technical exposure in Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong understanding of entity relationships, customizations, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with data mapping, system integration (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs), and Power Automate.
  • Ability to write pseudo-code or technical logic specifications for plugins/workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
  • Microsoft certifications like PL-200 or MB-210 are a plus.
