Location: Remote USA

Type- Contract/FTE both

Position : Oracle Learn End User Support Specialist with the ability to review inbound end user cases from Employees, Managers, Instructors, Learning specialists and understand the issue, bug or defect they are encountering and troubleshoot to identify the root cause of the issue and work to resolution with team members or Oracle support if necessary.

The Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Module Techo Functional Consultant must have hands on experience support the Oracle HCM Cloud Learning module LMS. The resource will be providing consultative support on several initiatives to include:

  • Responding to requirements for system configuration
  • Advising new course owner end users in system functionality
  • Ability to load course content, course structures, course offerings, course activities using both online UI and HDL loading
  • Ability to build analysis using OTBI reports to be used to identify employee populations and to be used on Oracle Learn Initiatives to dynamically assign learning
  • Ability to build, update, modify, troubleshoot complex BIP reports is a strong plus
  • Participate in Oracle Release note review and the ability to interpret the new features and functionality
  • Can troubleshoot issues with online functionality and identify the root cause of system issues
  • Understand integrations between systems to understand the nuances of UHGs learning ecosystem which includes both Oracle Learn LMS and EdCast LXP
  • Act as level 3 support on escalation of issues from our Call Center supporting employees and managers
