Job Description:
- GWPC ACE/Specialist certification
- GWPC Hands on & Implementation experience for minimum 5+ years GWPC Architecture, Design, Data models and Integration GWPC Cloud version experience GWPC APD (Advanced Product Designer) experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement the solutions and own delivery till implementation Architect solutions leveraging cloud-native patterns, microservices, and Guidewire's cloud features Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and best practice adherence.
- Stay updated on new Guidewire features and version upgrades, AI/ML, and emerging technologies Work with program and solution leads of customer Need to attend offshore calls in overlapped timings, guide and review the work done

- Lead the team and be accountable for the delivery of the team Drive for results Be the face of the team in customer meetings Coach and guide team members
