Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Oracle Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Oracle Cloud solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and a strong understanding of enterprise applications, especially in finance, supply chain, HCM, or other Oracle product lines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Oracle Cloud products and services.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle offerings.

  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

  • Understand customer needs and pain points and align Oracle solutions accordingly.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Stay current with Oracle product updates, market trends, and competitor offerings.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle or Enterprise Software Sales.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions

  • Proven success in managing end-to-end sales cycles in a B2B environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience working with C-level stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a consulting or system integrator environment.

  • Oracle certifications or sales enablement credentials are a plus.

  • Experience with mid-market and enterprise clients.
