- Capture and analyze essential diagnostic logs (including ADB, dumpstate, modem, and QXDM logs) and share them with relevant stakeholders for troubleshooting and resolution.
- Perform functional, user interface (UI), and regression testing across various Android devices and network scenarios.
- Contribute to the automation of test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks as needed to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Provide regular status reports, maintain thorough documentation, and engage in ongoing communication with development leads and device leads regarding new features and functionalities.

- Experience with FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) and SDM (Software Download Management or similar device management) requirements in telecommunication environments.
- Prior QA experience at Android Mobile Device OEMs (e.g., Samsung, Google, or similar manufacturers).
- Familiarity with carrier certification processes, test plan execution, and telecommunication-specific software validation.
Core Competencies
