Job Title: SAP Gigya Consultant Customer Data Cloud (Remote, 25% Travel)

Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Gigya Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) solutions, with a solid background in front-end web technologies, .NET development, and Java-based back-end systems. This role requires strong technical acumen, client-facing communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and support end-to-end implementations of SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) solutions.

Customize and configure Gigya components including Identity, Consent, and Profile modules.

Integrate Gigya with external systems and platforms using APIs, SSO, and custom development.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and front-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Develop and maintain integrations using .NET, Java, RESTful APIs, and SDKs.

Translate client business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

Support data privacy and compliance initiatives (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) through consent and preference management.

Provide technical documentation, training, and post-go-live support.

Work remotely with periodic travel to client locations for workshops, demos, and go-lives (approx. 25%).
Must Have:

3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Gigya/Customer Data Cloud.

Strong knowledge of Gigya features such as registration flows, screen-sets, identity sync, and progressive profiling.

Experience in front-end development: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, React or Angular.

Proficiency in .NET (C#) development for custom integration and middleware services.

Experience working with Java-based back-end systems and REST APIs.

Solid understanding of OAuth2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, and other authentication/authorization protocols.

Familiarity with CIAM best practices, customer journey mapping, and privacy compliance.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a client-facing role.
Nice to Have:

Experience with SAP ecosystem integrations (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud).

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

SAP Certified Development Associate SAP Customer Data Cloud certification.
