Job Details
A global architecture and design firm is looking to grow their team and bring on a Senior Business Analyst on a full-time direct hire basis. This is a full time direct hire onsite position, working Monday through Friday in their Dallas, TX office.
This role is responsible for leading business analysis activities and hands-on project implementations for enterprise systems, with particular focus on HRIS systems (UKG, Workday), ATS platforms (iCIMS), and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) Financial Management Systems (Deltek Vantagepoint).

This role is responsible for leading business analysis activities and hands-on project implementations for enterprise systems, with particular focus on HRIS systems (UKG, Workday), ATS platforms (iCIMS), and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) Financial Management Systems (Deltek Vantagepoint).
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems (UKG or similar systems), ATS systems (iCIMS or similar platforms), OR Financial Management Systems (Deltek Vantagepoint) OR CRM Systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms)
- Strong problem-solving skills, as well as effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working with both internal and external clients
- Proven track record of leading significant platform configuration changes and system implementations
- Expert-level knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts and data management principles
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation, user stories, and functional specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
- Change management experience and ability to drive user adoption
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications and integrations
