Job Details

A global architecture and design firm is looking to grow their team and bring on a Senior Business Analyst on a full-time direct hire basis. This is a full time direct hire onsite position, working Monday through Friday in their Dallas, TX office.

This role is responsible for leading business analysis activities and hands-on project implementations for enterprise systems, with particular focus on HRIS systems (UKG, Workday), ATS platforms (iCIMS), and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) Financial Management Systems (Deltek Vantagepoint).

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems (UKG or similar systems), ATS systems (iCIMS or similar platforms), OR Financial Management Systems (Deltek Vantagepoint) OR CRM Systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, as well as effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working with both internal and external clients
  • Proven track record of leading significant platform configuration changes and system implementations
  • Expert-level knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts and data management principles
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
  • Change management experience and ability to drive user adoption
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
  • Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications and integrations
