Job Title: Salesforce Automation Engineer
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Qualifications- Experience working on complex projects
- Experience in a leadership role as an Automation Engineer
- Salesforce development experience using various Salesforce products, including:
- Service Cloud
- Data Cloud
- CRM / Case Management
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other business applications using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Named Credentials
- Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and other API and integration platforms
- Experience with Salesforce data model and security model
- Experience configuring Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- Experience configuring case management for the public sector
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification
