- We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager (PM) to lead and coordinate a high-impact project under a DOE/NNSA contract.
- The selected PM will be responsible for the successful and timely execution of project deliverables outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and will serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, internal teams, and government representatives.
- Serve as the single point of contact (POC) responsible for overall project management, planning, coordination, and reporting.
- Coordinate activities across NA-IM operations, cybersecurity divisions, and DOE IT Services, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
- Participate as a member of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) providing joint oversight alongside NA-74.
- Attend bi-weekly IPT meetings, with the understanding that frequency and composition may change per NA-74 requirements.
- Deliver detailed reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within one business day following each Sprint, including:
- Completed product backlog items (PBIs)
- Identified bugs
- Resource allocation and level of effort
- Provide additional status updates and accomplishment summaries upon request by the COR.
- Ensure all reporting formats are consistent and approved by the COR.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems or a related Information Technology discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in information systems or technology.
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional software engineering teams.
- Prior experience supporting DOE or NNSA programs is required.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Agile and SAFe for Government certification
- Strong familiarity with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 or higher accreditation.
- Demonstrated experience working within agile software engineering/development environments.
- Strong leadership ability with experience overseeing teams with diverse management, technical, and administrative responsibilities.
- In-depth understanding of DOE/NNSA IT programs, policies, and procedures.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Personnel Vetting programs is a strong plus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptive to evolving stakeholder and project requirements.
