System Analyst and RIM Developer

Title: System Analyst and RIM Developer Location: Baton Rouge, LA - Remote

Job Description:
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

• Develop, test and debug code for the support of a record and information management system.
• Provide ongoing application, infrastructure and technical support to ensure business continuity.
• Provide support for records and information management activities including the operation of equipment, scanning, document review and document classification.
• Coordination with IT staff (State and Contractors) to implement requirements.
• Migrate documents and records from a legacy content manager solution to new electronic document management solution.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

• 3+ years' experience working with enterprise-level RIM systems, including system design, implementation, and management.
• 3+ years' DB2 experience.
• 3+ years' .NET experience.
• IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager.
• Experience supporting and developing in Kofax versions 11+.
• Experience developing, testing and debugging code for the support of a record and information management system.
• Experience in analyzing data to improve records management processes and systems.
• Ability to provide ongoing application, infrastructure and technical support to ensure business continuity.
• Experience supporting records and information management activities including the operation of equipment, scanning, document review and document classification.
• Experience planning upgrades and patches, and oversee testing environments.
• Experience supporting the Department of Public Safety Kofax and content management solution.
