Dynamics 365 Analyst (Functional/F&O)

Contract to hire

Remote, EST hours

Up to 10% travel

Candidates MUST have and understand: Dynamics ERP Configuration/Setup/Workflows/ Implementation of F&O Dynamics/ modify workflows/Financial reports in Dynamics/ Dynamics F&O full life cycle/ AP- AR-Procurement- General Ledgers

• Assist Financial Systems Manager with the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations full lifecycle implementations. Manage strategy, major updates, and general maintenance of core business systems.
• Internal owner for 3rd party tooling & systems and expected to be the face of system scalability
• Create and modify Dynamics guide for all modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, TAS, PA, Procurement) and provide training to users as needs.
• Successfully demonstrating Dynamics solution capabilities and provide examples to ascertain business requirements; advising on complex Dynamics business cases and proposing solutions based on Dynamics.
• Providing key inputs during design, migrating data from external systems, conducting, and supporting solution testing, building test cases, assisting with functional, system and user acceptance testing, regression test and conducting and supporting user.
• Analyze findings and suggest strategic and operational improvements and changes, and create, modify and maintain financial reports in Dynamics.

Qualifications:

Must have full lifecycle implementation experience with Dynamics 365 F&O

• Bachelor's degree is required, in related area of study preferred with 5-8 years of experience as a financial or business analyst is required.
• Experience with configuration, workflow, customization of F&O Dynamics.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills plus proficiency in Project Management applications, such as DevOps, and Smartsheet.
• Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a Dynamics 365 F&O functional & technical analyst.
