Location: Bentonville, AR (Hybrid or Onsite Preferred)

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong foundation in data and analytics, and proven experience in product operations. This role is ideal for someone who began their career as an Analyst, developed a passion for data-driven decision-making, and has since grown into product leadership.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and leverage prior Walmart experience to navigate organizational dynamics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders across business, engineering, and operations to define product requirements and priorities.
  • Translate data insights and business needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Lead product operations, ensuring initiatives are executed on time and deliver measurable value.
  • Drive decision-making with a data-first mindset, using analytics to influence priorities and evaluate success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks to delivery.
  • Manage intake, clarify scope, and maintain transparency across stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Strong background as a Business/Data Analyst with proven progression into Product Management.
  • Demonstrated passion for data, with ability to tell stories through analytics and translate insights into product impact.
  • Experience in product operations, including intake, prioritization, and execution management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail, supply chain, or eCommerce environments.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools, A/B testing, or experimentation platforms.
  • Track record of scaling 0 1 product initiatives or driving operational efficiencies.
