Data Center Construction Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead mission-critical infrastructure projects. Ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, experience managing large-scale data center builds, and excellent risk, schedule, and team management capabilities.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 7 10 years in construction project management, preferably in critical infrastructure/data centers
- Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and how they integrate
- Hyperscale data center experience is a strong plus
- Proven ability to manage budget, schedule, QA/QC, and risk
- Experienced in:
- Developing and managing project scope
- RFPs, contractor selection, and bid leveling
- Managing GMP, cash flow, and invoice/pay apps
- Overseeing Factory Witness Testing (FWT) and Commissioning (Cx)
- Executing and reviewing Methods of Procedure (MOPs)

Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Quality control process and inspection familiarity
- Experience with critical path scheduling
- Ability to identify scope changes and escalate when needed
- Team-oriented and highly organized
