Job Title: Support Specialist
Location: Fort Collins, CO (80528) / Onsite
Employment Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship available)

Overview

Talent Groups is seeking Support Specialists to join one of our clients in Fort Collins. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, detail oriented, and eager to learn. You will play a key role in supporting billers, processing payments, and helping customers navigate the company s digital platform.

Prior contact center or phone support experience is not required. What matters most is a strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails to help customers process payments and resolve questions.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on payment processing as needed.
  • Support onboarding for new customers and ensure a smooth setup experience.
  • Assist with customer retention by providing friendly, helpful service.
  • Work within internal systems, including Salesforce, to document and track interactions.
  • Complete repetitive but important daily tasks with consistency and accuracy.

Technical Skills

  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Ability to enter and track information accurately.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to internal systems and tools.

Education

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor s degree preferred.
