Responsibilities:
- Support early-stage development activities, including brainstorming and rapid prototyping of game features and mechanics
- Coordinate day-to-day production tasks across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

- Facilitate effective communication among team members and across disciplines by preparing
- documentation and organizing meetings
- Track tasks, maintain detailed schedules, and monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks
- Assist in playtesting, feedback collection, and iteration of game features
- Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, helping the team stay focused and productive
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and creative team environment
- Provide input on process improvements to optimize development workflows
Must-Have Skills:
- Project Management, Communication, and Adaptability:
- Proven experience managing projects with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and ability to handle unexpected challenges.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, and Slack/Workchat.
- Experience in Game Development:
- 2-4 years of experience in game production or related roles within the game industry.
- Familiarity with the full game development lifecycle, including concept, design, programming, art, and testing.
- Experience working on early-stage game development and prototyping is a plus.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- AR/VR Experience:
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies.
- Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in immersive game development.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI):
- Knowledge or experience with AI technologies relevant to game development.
- Ability to leverage AI for gameplay mechanics, content generation, or development tools.
- Risk Management and Mitigation Strategies:
- Experience identifying potential risks in game production and development.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset to address challenges before they impact delivery.
