Come join Intuit's PDX AppFabric team as Staff Software Engineer for GenAI agentic capability development in the Unified Interactions Platform (UPI) team . The UPI platform offers a centralized interactions store for App, AI Agents and User interactions. Responsibilities
Leading Big Data and GenAI agentic product development by gathering functional / non-functional requirements and driving technical decisions. Leading emerging tenets of the domain including driving new architecture on GenAI Agentic based next generation platform. Hands on engineer with a proven track record in solving tough technical problems and producing awesome code that's looked up to. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables Provide guidance to other engineers on high scale distributed computing problem solving Define, implement, and automate the continuous deployment of highly available, production workloads with zero downtime, along with operational metrics for monitoring Acting as the technical subject matter expert: Mentoring fellow engineers, demonstrating technical expertise, and leading a small team solving challenging programming and design problems Engage with the open-source community, collaborate with third-party partners and contributors Evangelize the product through blogs, social media, demos and presentations at conferences, and meet-ups
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California $197,000-$265,500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
