Job Details

Job Title: Infor LN A&D Consultant

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Remote + Travel (Paid, 20-30%)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infor LN A&D Consultant to lead and support ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization initiatives specifically tailored to the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Infor LN, particularly the A&D vertical, and experience aligning ERP capabilities with industry-specific compliance and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Infor LN (A&D version) modules including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project, and Financials.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements in the A&D domain.
  • Map customer requirements to Infor LN functionalities and deliver optimized solutions.
  • Configure and customize LN to support A&D processes such as Earned Value Management (EVM), project pegging, and contract-specific costing.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions with users and process owners.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting (Birst, ION, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations such as ITAR, DFARS, and AS9100.
  • Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
  • Provide expertise on best practices and continuous process improvement using Infor LN capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor LN, including at least 2 years with the A&D vertical.
  • Strong functional understanding of A&D-specific ERP needs (project manufacturing, MRO, contract management, etc.).
  • Proven experience with full-cycle ERP implementations or major upgrades.
  • Familiarity with Infor OS, ION, and Birst is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Infor LN 10.7 or later (CloudSuite A&D preferred).
  • Certification in Infor LN or related technologies.
  • Previous consulting experience with A&D clients or within a defense contractor environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and quality standards in the aerospace and defense sector.
