Job Details
Job Title: Signavio Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Must Have Skills:
5+ years of experience in process modeling and business process management
Preferred experience in ITSM Transformation projects o Proven track record documenting and designing IT processes in environments with limited formal process documentation
Experience with ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL 4) and tools like ServiceNow, BMC, Remedy, etc.
Proficiency in process modeling tools (Signavio, Visio, ARIS, etc.) and notation standards (e.g. BPMN)
Familiarity with ITSM platform and automation opportunities a plus
