This person will be looking at the marketing data journey and working with internal data architects so you must have the technical acumen to understand data structures, flow and content.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead an assessment of the existing HubSpot platform, campaign processes, and data architecture.
  • Define detailed business requirements, desired outcomes, and success criteria to inform future-state solutions.
  • Recommend improvements to the existing configuration or lead the selection and implementation of a new platform, if needed.
  • Align closely with Marketing leadership to shape the customer journey and build a marketing capability roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams to design and implement a future-ready architecture.
  • Deliver near-term objectives and quick wins while building toward longer-term strategic goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources (including HubSpot support).
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Marketing and Technology leadership.

Position Requirements:
  • Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot — configuration, data management, and campaign functionality is essential.
  • Deep understanding of marketing campaign management, customer journey mapping, and data retention strategies.
  • Strong experience driving technology enablement efforts in alignment with business needs.
  • Self-starter with excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across departments and manage change in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be local to Phoenix and available for onsite presence 2–3 days per week.
