Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Salesforce team and drive data-driven decision-making across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI/ML initiatives, transforming complex business data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate brings strong statistical expertise, hands-on database experience, and a passion for applying AI to real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and advanced statistical analyses to solve complex business problems and enhance Salesforce platform outcomes.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from SQL Server 2012 (or equivalent RDBMS) and Salesforce to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate analytical insights into clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and automated reporting solutions to support scalable analytics.
  • Implement AI/ML capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Einstein Analytics, predictive scoring, and recommendation models.
  • Develop impactful dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across all analytics initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server 2012 or similar databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, R, or similar statistical/programming languages.
  • Solid knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Einstein Analytics is a strong plus.
